A nursing career is also physically demanding. You may have to help lift a patient in and out of bed. You'll spend a great part of your day on your feet.

A nursing career offers a flexible class schedule for those you can't go to college full-time. You can work and take courses on a part-time level that will lead on to completion.

It is financially advantageous. The income is superb for certain specialties.

You are a very important and respected part of the medical team. Apart from the healt care of your patient, as a nurse, you will help the family members understand and adjust to the patient's condition.

You can work in any area that calls for a registered nurse. The job outlook is extremely promising
