Usually when we go to the gym there are people who will tell us things about fitness that are not true, ignore them. There are some great tips to be had from talkers at the gym but you can also inadvertently gain false or even harmful information from those who don't really know what they are talking about. This is not unlike other situations where the talker might not know as much as you think they do. There is a strange attitude where sweat is concerned. Many people tend to think that if they are sweating, then they are doing good and working hard. The opposite is also true for most. As you work out it's important to note that sweat is nothing more than your body telling you it's overheating and in need of cooling down. While they may be a product of one another sweat and physical exertion are not indicative of one another.
Sometimes you can hear people complaining that their body cannot get used to exercising at some particular time of day, or they are too tired at the end of the day. Well, we have to call them on both of those accounts. First, your body does have a natural circadian cycle. If you tried working out in the morning, you may have noticed that your body was letting you know it is too early for that stuff. Your body will adjust to the change, but you have to allow it about 3-4 weeks. Then it will feel totally natural. All you have to do is get your resistance broke and then exercise and energy to do it will come easy.
